Round 5

Well, its going to be time for round  5  - Starting April 2.  I am falling back to the X doubles with minor changes and my diet approach will be going back to a 40 40 20 ratio.  I am replacing my afternoon snack with Shakeology and almonds.  I also want to try and have more even sized meals.

Ok so here is phase one (3 weeks): - this will take me right before the Nashville half marathon.

1. Chest and Back/ Arx  (run)
2. P90x plyometrics/ or intervals X +
3.  Shoulders/Arms  - TMT abs
4.  FOY yoga (run)
5. Legs and Back
6.Rest
7. Run
