Hello

You might recognize me as Detour off the Beachbody Boards.   I am going to start this blog so I can post helpful nutrition and workout tips.  As for myself, I've been using Tony Horton workouts for about a year and half now.  Started with p90x and then moved on to X+, Ten Minute Trainer and One on One workouts.  I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life.  Through this blog I hope to help you achieve your fitness goals.  I can be contacted by email at CoachRobG@gmail.com
